Fresh pasta is made in-house with eggs from our own hens, and desserts are made with heritage fruit varieties from the orchard.
The property is run by the Utopia 2000 social cooperative and supports training programmes in hospitality, agriculture and services, on a not-for-profit basis.

Agriturismo Etico Le Grazie was created to bring social work and tourism together, combining slow tourism with a social purpose.
The cooperative runs the property and brings to it its experience in social care.
The kitchen also uses products from not-for-profit and ethical supply chains and from land confiscated from the mafia, with a preference for local produce.

The kitchen uses produce from our vegetable gardens, orchard and olive grove, together with ingredients from local suppliers. In winter the dining room is on the ground floor, by the fireplace; in summer meals are served in the garden or on the panoramic terrace. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes are available.
Bevagna is one of the Borghi più belli d'Italia and an Orange Flag town. Every year it hosts the Primavera Medievale in April and the Mercato delle Gaite in June. The agriturismo is at the foot of the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie.
